Quality Control and Factory Testing
Before being sent out, every Huasheng transformer goes thru a set of checks. The papers, the assembly, the electrical data, the insulation, the performance, the accessories, and the packing are all checked. Each process is recorded and traceable. Our goal is to deliver defect.

To ensure quality, Husheng conducts a 10-step inspection process. This guarantees that the product you receive will be problem-free.

Document Confirmation
We check the contract, drawings, technical agreement, BOM, nameplate data, material, and production records. To ensure product match the order

Visual & Assembly Inspection
Inspect the core, tank or enclosure, bushings, terminals, earthing, tap changer, accessories, coating, nameplate, and markings. To ensure mo damage and complete.

Dimensions and Mechanical Check
Recheck the overall size, mounting holes, terminal direction, lifting points, transport fixtures, fasteners, and accessory positions. The finished unit match your needs.

Winding Electrical Tests
Measure winding DC resistance, voltage ratio, vector group or polarity, and tap position consistency.

Insulation Condition Check
We measure insulation resistance. Like Absorption ratio, polarization index, capacitance, dielectric loss, or partial discharge.

Dielectric Withstand Tests
Tests dielectric strength under applied high voltage.Impact testing and other special dielectric strength tests are only performed. When required by standards, contracts, or approved test procedures.

Performance Parameter Tests
We measure no-load loss, no-load current, load loss, and short-circuit impedance. Noise and temperature rise tests are carried out when specified.

Product-Specific Inspection
For oil-filled transformers, check the oil, oil level, sealing, leakage, bushings, and fitted accessories. For dry-type transformers, check the cast coils, insulation clearances, temperature controller, cooling fans, terminals, and enclosure.

Protection and Function Test
We check the functions of temperature controls, cooling fans, pressure relief devices, gas relays, oil level gauges, signal terminals, alarms, and trip contacts.

Final Review, Packing and Delivery
Before shipment, we review test records, packing protection, shipping marks and delivery file are checked.

Inspection Focus by Transformer Type
Different types of transformers require different points of focus during testing.
Oil-Immersed Transformers
Transformer oil quality, oil level, sealing pressure, leakage, bushings,gas relays. Pressure relief devices, temperature indicators and transportation protection.
Dry-Type Transformers
Cover the appearanceof cast winding body, partial discharge, temperature control fans, enclosure protection. Insulation clearance, noise level, wiringterminals, as well as dust-proof and moisture-proof performance.
Pad Mounted Transformers
No-load loss,load loss, impedance voltage, energy efficiency class. nameplate parameters and consistency with factory test reports.
